Steamed Dumplings

Prepare the glutinous rice balls, put the white sesame seeds into the wok and fry them without oil. Mine is cooked sesame seeds and can be eaten directly

Put the glutinous rice balls on a plate and put them in a steamer. Don’t stack the glutinous rice balls on top of each other. They will stick together after being steamed.

Cover the pot and steam over high heat for about 10 minutes

Open the lid, turn off the heat, and evenly sprinkle the sesame seeds on the glutinous rice balls

Tips for food:
If you don’t like sesame seeds, you can also replace them with chopped peanuts, blueberry sauce or osmanthus paste. The steamed glutinous rice balls will have a dry taste and burst pulp, which is more fragrant and more delicious than boiled ones.
