Homemade Zhou Hei Duck

Add cooking wine and ginger slices to a boil over high heat. Cook duck feet and wings for at least 30 minutes. You can add half a teaspoon of salt to help it taste

Tips:
Duck feet and duck wings have to be boiled for half an hour or they won’t bite. If you like spicy food, add more. I put a handful of chili and it’s already very spicy. It’s really super easy.
