Hometown Fried Rice Noodles

Soak the rice noodles in boiling water for a few minutes to remove the moisture.

Heat a pan with a little olive oil and stir-fry the dried radish.

Continue to use the original oil pan to pour the shredded pork and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the color changes, add shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry together, put a little light soy sauce and sugar, set aside.

Pour more olive oil into the pot than usual for cooking, pour the rice noodles and stir fry with chopsticks.

Pour in a little light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and stir-fry evenly. Add the shredded pork and shredded mushrooms that have just been fried and stir-fry.

Add the carrot shreds and continue to stir fry.

Put the nine-story pagoda in and continue to stir fry.

Put a little chicken essence and then add chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
