Honey Bean Matcha Soft Cookies

Cut the butter into small cubes and soften it at room temperature.

Add soft white sugar and beat until the volume becomes slightly larger.

Pour in the rum and continue beating until the butter is white.

Stir the honey, water and matcha powder and add the matcha honey water in portions.

Mix low-gluten flour and baking powder, sift into the basin, cut and mix evenly.

Tips:
