Honey Bean Rolls

Mix and knead the dough materials except butter and honey beans to the expansion stage, and the dough is smooth, then add butter and continue kneading until the transparent film can be pulled out. As shown in the figure.

After kneading the film, round the dough, put it in a basin, and cover with plastic wrap. Put it in a warm place to ferment, and the oven with fermentation function will ferment in the oven. The fermentation temperature is about 35 degrees, and the dough will be fermented to 2.5 times its original size.

After the dough is fermented, dip your fingers in the powder and poke a hole in the middle of the dough to see if it has retracted. If it does not, it means it has fermented.

Exhaust the two doughs, knead and cover them with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes after exhausting.

Roll the two dough into a rectangle with a rolling pin. The bottom side is thinned to facilitate closing.

Place the honey beans in the third place. As shown in the figure.

Roll up from top to bottom, the dough should be rolled tightly, the peas inside will feel empty if you don't roll it tightly. Roll it up and press it tightly. Roll into a round strip. As shown in the figure.

Then cut into small pieces with a knife. You can cut 9 equal parts, as shown in the picture.

Then put the bread dough into the paper tray with the cut side facing up, and put it directly into the baking pan if there is no paper tray. (The golden baking pan does not need to be filled with baking paper. If it is a black baking tray, it is recommended to put a baking paper) Carry out the second fermentation.

Put a bowl of water underneath, and then put the baking tray with the bread embryos into the lower layer of the oven for the second fermentation. The fermentation temperature is 35 degrees and the fermentation is about one hour. Ferment to double size.

After the bread embryo is fermented, the surface is brushed with egg liquid and sprinkled with white sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Put the baking tray into the middle of the oven, and the baking temperature is 170 degrees, and the time is 18-20 minutes. It is recommended to cover with tin foil if the surface color is fast.

The bread is out of the oven, so fragrant and soft.
Tips:
1. If you don't have honey beans, you can add red bean paste or other fillings.
2. Each oven is different, so the temperature difference is also different. It is recommended to adjust it according to the temperature difference of your own oven.
3. After the bread is baked and aired for a while, it is recommended to put the bread in the packaging bag to avoid air-drying and affect the taste.
