Honey Bean Sago

Prepare sago, honey red beans and strawberries.

When the water in the pot is boiling, add the sago and cook until the sago becomes transparent and there are small white spots in the middle, turn off the heat and cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Rinse the sago with cold water several times.

Put the sago in a bowl, pour the milk to soak, and put it in the refrigerator.

Soak the strawberries in salt water, rinse them, and cut them in half.

When eating, take it out of the refrigerator, put two spoons of honey red beans, and decorate with strawberries.

Tips:
Stir the sago from time to time to avoid sticking the sago to the pot.
