Honey Black Jelly

100 grams of black jelly powder.

Pour the jelly into the large plate. Add 2 bowls of water and stir to form a particle-free slurry.

Pour the boiling water slowly into the slurry while stirring, while heating it on the gas stove.

Heat to a boil while stirring and turn off the heat.

Pour into the plunge and let cool.

Let cool and cut into pieces. (It tastes better if you put it in the refrigerator)

Add honey and you can eat it. (You can add condensed milk or rock sugar water)
