Honey Buns

Knead the ingredients except butter into a smooth dough, then add butter and knead until the film is formed. The basic fermentation is 2.5 times larger.

Exhaust is divided into 8 parts, rounded and relaxed for 15 minutes,

Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a tongue shape.

After turning it over, fold the two sides in half toward the middle.

Roll up from top to bottom and cut in the middle.

Put it in a square mold.

The final fermentation is about 40 minutes.

Brush the egg water (1:1), sprinkle black sesame seeds, put in the oven, and heat the middle layer up and down at 180 degrees for 23 minutes. Brush honey water (1:1) after taking it out.
