Honey Buns

Beat an egg into the bread maker.

Add flour, milk powder, sugar, yeast, and water.

Start the bread maker kneading program for 20 minutes.

Add salt and butter and continue to knead the dough for 20 minutes.

Put the mixed dough in the container and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Put sugar, flour, and white sesame seeds in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

The loose dough is divided into 8 small doughs.

Take a small dough as shown in the picture, roll it up and cut it from the middle.

Dip with a layer of dipping material.

Place it in the mold.

Put in the oven to start the fermentation process, and the fermentation system is twice as large.
