Continue to knead the dough to the fully expanded stage, the dough is smooth, without jagged, and you can stretch out the film where you can see fingerprints;

Put the kneaded dough in a bread machine to ferment, and ferment to 2~3 times its original size. Poke a hole with your finger. The recessed place does not shrink significantly, or you can see that there are many more evenly distributed when you pick up a piece of dough. Honeycomb eyes are enough;

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry flour on the counter, then take out the fermented dough, use the root of the palm to keep rubbing the air;

Divide the exhausted dough into 9 small doses and relax for 20 minutes;

Then round the small doses and put them in the mold, continue to cover the lid for the second fermentation, after it has grown to about 2 times the size, stir the egg yolk evenly, brush a small amount on the surface of the dough several times, and then evenly sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds ;

Put it in the preheated oven and continue to bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, and it will come out according to the coloring situation;

During baking, take a small amount of honey and water in a ratio of 1:1 and mix thoroughly. After the bread is baked, brush it evenly on the surface;

3. Honey can also directly replace sugar;
