Honey Cake

Add white sugar to the eggs and honey.

Heat insulation water. Send at high speed first, then turn to low speed after sending. Beat it for a minute or two and clean up the bubbles.

Sift in half of the flour and stir, after stirring, add the other half of the flour. Do not over-mix to prevent defoaming.

Stir the batter.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for five minutes. Then put it in the baking tray. Change the fire up and down to 185 degrees for twenty-five minutes.
