Honey Crispy Bread

Prepared ingredients.

All the ingredients for making bread (not including butter, the ingredients used at the bottom) are all mixed together.

Knead the dough in the bread machine for 30 minutes.

Add butter and continue kneading for 30 minutes.

The kneaded dough doubled in size.

Exhaust the air inside the dough and divide the dough into equal parts.

Take a piece and roll it into a bull tongue shape.

Roll up from one side and cut in the middle.

All the treatments used at the bottom are mixed well.

Dip the bottom of the finished bread dough with water and then stick the mixed flour.

Brush the baking pan with oil.

Arrange the bread dough in the baking tray.

Continue to ferment to about twice the size, add some salad oil to the baking tray, spray some water on the surface of the bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, about 20 minutes for the middle layer, and immediately brush with 1:1 honey water when the bread comes out of the oven.

Tips:
1. Add oil to the baking tray to make the bottom crisper.
