Honey Custard Muffins

Stir the two eggs, add two spoons of white sugar and half a spoon of baking powder, continue to stir until the sugar melts. Add 150ml of milk, gradually add flour, and stir in a zigzag shape. After the batter is stirred, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to ferment for 20 minutes.

After the fermentation is complete, heat the pan on a low heat, and wipe the pan with a small amount of olive oil on kitchen paper to avoid sticking the pan. Put a spoonful of batter into the pot and turn it over when bubbles form on the surface.

Just drizzle honey on the finished muffins.
