Honey Dip Lemon

Prepare all required materials

Rub the lemon with salt and rinse with water

Cut the lemon into thin slices, the thinner the easier it will taste

The sealed tank is disinfected and washed with hot water in advance, and the water is drained thoroughly

Pour a layer of honey into the airtight jar and add a layer of lemon slices

Just put a layer of honey and a layer of lemon into an airtight jar, and fill it up to 80% full.

Tips:
1. Rub the lemon with salt, which can effectively remove the wax attached to the lemon;
2. During the pickling process of lemon, a lot of moisture will appear and honey will be diluted. This is normal;
3. Take a slice of lemon and one spoonful of honey at a time, and drink it with a little warm water.
