Recently, I was reminiscing about my childhood. I suddenly thought of the egg syrup I had eaten when I went to my grandmother’s house. If you like it, you can also refer to it.

Ingredients

Honey Egg Syrup

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Wash the wolfberry and rose in a dry foam and set aside.

3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then turn to a low heat.

4. Beat the egg along the edge of the pan.

5. Turn off the lid and simmer for five minutes.

6. Then soak the wolfberry rose, let it cool slightly, and then add honey.

7. Put the boiled eggs in a bowl.

Tips:

When you beat the eggs, you must beat the side of the pot so that the cooked eggs will be beautiful.
