Honey Glutinous Rice

Prepare ingredients: a bowl of steamed glutinous rice, water starch, sugar, strawberries, and a bottle of orange fruit (can be replaced with other juices according to your taste).

Put the steamed glutinous rice upside down on a plate and set aside.

Dice the strawberries.

Pour the whole bottle of orange fruit into the pot. (If you don’t like it too sour, you can pour half a bottle and add some water. I prefer sour, so I used a whole bottle. The finished product is really sour.)

When the orange juice in the pot starts to bubble (almost the water is boiling), add an appropriate amount of water starch and stir evenly, and finally add a little sugar according to your taste.

Pour the honey sauce on the glutinous rice and sprinkle with the sliced strawberries.
