Honey Lemon Buns

Add egg yolk milk and yeast and let stand for three minutes.

Add honey lemon juice and knead it in a bread machine for ten minutes until it becomes a smooth dough. Do not knead the dough too dry or sticky.

The dough stick is about one centimeter thick, cut into even-sized strips, and then cut into equal-sized pieces.
