Honey Lemon Tea

Rub the lemon with salt (in order to remove the wax on the lemon peel). After washing, put the lemon in the refrigerator for two and a half hours

Put the crystallized honey in an airtight jar and heat it with water. Due to the characteristics of honey, the water temperature cannot exceed 60 degrees.

Open the lid and slowly stir the honey with a spoon, in order to melt all the honey that hasn't melted completely

Take out the frozen lemon and slice it
