Honey Lemon Tea

Take out the leftover pieces from the previous pickling, soak in water, and continue to use the pot that was poured out. Wash the lemon and dry it for later use.

On the left is a jar of pickled honey lemons, and on the right is spare honey. When it is full, it is 1000 grams, which is almost exactly half of it. In fact, you don't need to quantify the honey, just pour it into the lemon jar, just before the lemon.

Lemon slices should be operated in an oil-free and water-free state.

The cut lemon slices are put into the jar.

Pour the honey.

Two lemons of about 150 grams just fill the jar.

This is not a finished product. Put it in the refrigerator and start drinking after ten hours. Remember to use cool boiled water or warm water, hot water will destroy the active organic matter of honey. A good morning starts with a glass of lemon honey water.
Tips:
Attached are two practical methods for testing true and false honey:
1. One is whether there is a rebound phenomenon in the honey when poured out. Doesn't rebound, fake.
2. The other is that when it is put into drinking water, the water in which real honey is completely melted is turbid.
