Honey Marinated Pomfret

Prepared ingredients.

Add the spices to the water and soak for about 1 hour in advance.

The pomfret is cleaned and the back of the fish is cut.

Add green onions, ginger, salt, cooking wine, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry the chives, ginger, and all spices.

Add water, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar (more), boil the salt and simmer for ten minutes, filter and save the soup for later use.

Fry the marinated pomfret in a frying pan until the surface is golden.
8.
Then soak the fried pomfret directly into the marinade.

The honey marinated pomfret is ready.
Tips:
The time of soaking in the marinade is according to your own taste, and you can soak for three or four minutes if you want a crispy taste.
