Honey Pancakes

1. Put the flour into a basin, add sesame oil, honey, yeast, edible baking soda, eggs (half), an appropriate amount of water, and form a moderately hard dough. Cover and ferment for 2 hours.

2. Fermented dough.

4. Roll into small cakes.

5. Make two more strokes with the knife.

6. Fry in a 40-50% hot oil pan until the oil cake floats, the two sides are golden and the skin is crispy and remove.
