Honey Pancakes

Put the flour into a basin, add sesame oil, honey, yeast, edible baking soda, eggs (half), an appropriate amount of water, and form a moderately hard dough. Cover and ferment for 2 hours.

Fermented dough.

Place the dough on the chopping board and mix it again, knead it into thick strips and cut it into ingredients.

Roll into small cakes.
5.
Make two more strokes with the knife.

Fry in a 40-50% hot oil pan until the oil cake floats, the two sides are golden and the skin is crispy and remove.
