The peas that make pea yellow must be yellow peas. Generally, they can be sold in stores that sell miscellaneous grains, and they can also be purchased online.
It is best to buy dried peas that have been peeled, as the skin of the peas will affect the taste.
Rock candy uses small pieces of single crystal rock candy, if it is a large piece of old rock candy, it must be crushed and used.
I spent about half an hour for frying, so don't worry about the rock sugar not melting.
Of course, white granulated sugar or other sugars can also be used for flavoring.
Please do not use iron pots for making pea yellow pots.
