Small ribs have been an artifact from ancient times, such as braised, sweet and sour, deep-fried, and soup...everything I love it.

Ingredients

Honey Pork Ribs with Blueberry Sauce

1. Prepare the materials

2. Put all the light soy sauce, oil consumption, rock sugar, thirteen spices, and pepper into a bowl, add two tablespoons of boiled water and make aside.

3. Add proper amount of peanut oil to the pot, add the shallots and garlic cloves in the oil and stir fry until fragrant

4. Add the blanched ribs and stir fry for a while, then add the cooking wine and fry for a while

5. Add the seasoned sauce and continue to stir fry

6. Continue to fry on medium and small fire until the ribs are colored

7. Add some wine and stir fry for 3 minutes

8. Add two bowls of boiling water, cover and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer

9. Slowly simmer to make it soft

10. Simmer until there is a small amount of soup in the pot, add blueberry sauce

11. To keep stir fry

12. Until the soup becomes a thick honey and wraps on the ribs, turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.

Tips:

Because there is soy sauce and oil consumption in this dish, I didn’t add salt, and the saltiness is enough
