Honey Red Bean Bread

Mix the main ingredients and knead into a dough, add butter and knead until the expansion stage

Fermented to double size

Divide the fermented dough into equal parts, vent and spheronize and relax for 20 minutes

Tips:
When it is hot, use ice water to make dough to avoid the dough temperature from being too high and the tendons will break during the mixing process.
When it's cold, you can increase the amount of yeast appropriately.
