Honey Red Bean Pie

All ingredients are ready, put flour, baking powder, salt and butter into a bowl.

Mix it thoroughly by hand and gently rub it into a coarse sand.

Add cold water and knead gently to form a dough.

Divide the dough into two parts, cover it with a fresh-keeping bag, and put it in the refrigerator to relax for 30 minutes before use.
