Honey Red Bean Roll

Yeast, baking powder, sugar are melted with warm water to knead the noodles! Knead the dough for ten minutes after waking up, then knead it into a smooth dough (because of the previous method of making dough)

Wash the red beans, soak them for ten hours in advance, then steam them in a steamer for 30 minutes, take out and control the moisture!

Mix well with sugar, honey and flax oil and marinate for two hours, (for the flavor) (red beans must be made first, and the noodles must be made at the end)

Roll the surface into a long strip (pictured)

Sprinkle flour (because the honey beans have sugar water, sprinkle some dry noodles, the sugar water will be absorbed), and take 1/2 of the honey beans! Put it on top of half of the dough (pictured)

Roll up the noodles with honey beans to the middle position (pictured)

Put the remaining honey beans on the other half of the dough and roll it up again! (Pictured)

Put water in the middle of the two rolls and stick them together! All two paragraphs, pinch both ends!

Put it on the steamer and let it stand for about 20 minutes!

When the proofed noodles are curled up to normal size, put them in a pot of water, steam for 20 minutes and turn off the heat. After simmering for a minute or two, open the lid! Take out and let cool and cut into pieces!

Cut into pieces and serve 😄

Tips:
Don't roll the dough too thin, so as not to affect the effect of proofing!
