Honey Tomatoes

Boil water and rinse the tomatoes

Pour boiling water into a pot with small tomatoes, about five minutes

When the skin of a small tomato is easy to be torn off, remove it and rinse with cold water until it is not hot, and then peel off all the skins

Put it on a plate, pour in an appropriate amount of honey, preferably in the refrigerator for ten minutes
5.
Before eating, you can sprinkle some fine sugar on the surface. If it is too sweet, you can omit this step.
