Horseshoe Glutinous Corn Rib Soup
1.
Blanch the ribs and rinse.
2.
The horseshoes I bought were washed away from the dirt.
3.
Peel and wash for later use.
4.
Wash waxy corn and cut into sections for later use.
5.
Pour water into the pressure cooker and put all the ingredients into the pot, cover and boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 15 minutes.
6.
After boiling the soup, open the lid and add salt to taste.
7.
Finished product.
