Baby cabbage is rich in nutrients, sweet in taste, rich in vitamins and selenium, and has a high dietary fiber content. It has a much tenderer taste than Chinese cabbage, and is loved by people from all walks of life. As a nutritious ingredient, it can be cooked in a variety of ways. It can be used for soup, filling, stewing, stir-frying and so on. Today, I use baby cabbage to make an appetizer-hot and sour baby cabbage, let’s try it together!

Hot and Sour Baby Dishes

1. Prepare two fat baby dishes.

2. Remove the roots, break them into pieces and soak them in salt water for 15 minutes.

3. Three cloves of garlic mince.

4. Slice green onions, leave a little green leaves and cut into chopped green onions.

5. Three slices of millet spicy sliced into circles.

6. One spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of starch, appropriate amount of salt and sugar, 3 spoons of water to make a bowl of sauce.

7. Clean the soaked baby cabbage, and pat the side of the cabbage with the back of a knife to add more flavor.

8. Cut again from the middle and divide into two halves.

9. Do all the baby dishes in the same way.

10. Add a little cooking oil to the pot, saute the shallots, garlic and millet pepper.

11. Add baby vegetables and stir fry evenly.

12. Stir-fry until the baby dishes become soft.

13. Add the seasoned sauce and stir fry evenly.

14. Slowly fry on low heat for 2 minutes to let the baby vegetables taste.

15. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:

Friends who don’t like too much soup can pickle baby cabbage with salt, remove the excess water, wash it, and then fry it. I like to use this soup with rice, which is hot and sour, especially appetizing.
