Hot and Sour Bamboo Shoots

Cut the bamboo shoots into cold boiled water and soak for 4-5 days before eating.

Take out the sour bamboo shoots, wash and shred, cut the beauty pepper into long strips, and chop the garlic.

Heat the pan, pour the sour bamboo shoots, sauté on low heat until the water is dry

Turn to medium heat, add appropriate amount of cooking oil and garlic, stir fry until fragrant

Pour in the shredded chili and stir fry for half a minute
