Hot and Sour Beef

Prepare the ingredients.

Blanch the bean sprouts in water and spread the dried water on the bottom of the plate.

The beef is blanched and drained for later use.

Put oil in a pot and heat, add garlic, pickled pepper, and Chinese pepper to fry until it is fragrant. Add sauerkraut and stir for one minute. After boiling, add the broth and pour it into the bean sprouts, and finally spread the fat beef on top.

Heat oil in the pot, add dried chilies, and pour it on top of the beef.
