Hot and Sour Beef Flammulina

1. Rinse the enoki mushrooms, put them in a pot of boiling water and scald them, pick them up, and spread them flat on a plate for later use

2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chopped ingredients (green pepper, millet pepper, ginger, garlic);

3. Add chili sauce and stir fry for a spicy flavor

4. Pour the broth, then add the vinegar, cooking wine, fish sauce and white pepper, and boil on high heat

5. Take out the ingredients and residues from the pot; (this will make it easier to eat meat after being cooked^^)

6. The boiled hot and sour soup is left in the pot, add the beef slices and cook until the color changes, and then you can take it out; (don’t cook it for a long time, the meat will get old)

7. Finally, pour the cooked beef slices on top of enoki mushrooms, and you're done!

Tips:

* It is best to use Hainan Yellow Lantern Chili Sauce, which has a refreshing, hot and sour taste. If you can’t find it, you can use other chili sauce instead
