Hot and Sour Black Fungus

Soak the black fungus with water, remove the stalk, and tear off the big pieces

Tips:
1. Northerners cannot eat spicy. I used green and red peppers, which are slightly spicy. Those who like spicy replaced green and red peppers with Zhitian peppers.
