Hot and Sour Bracken

Wash the bracken, blanch it in cold water, and cut into suitable sized sections for later use.

Shred ginger, garlic, dried red pepper, and bacon.

Heat the pan, add the bacon and stir until the meat turns golden brown.

Pour in ginger garlic and dried red pepper until fragrant.
5.
Pour the bracken over high heat and stir fry for a while.

Turn down the heat and add the vinegar.
7.
Add 15ml of soy sauce.
8.
Add salt.
9.
Add sugar.
10.
Add chicken essence.
11.
Turn to high heat and stir well and then turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. The amount of vinegar and soy sauce is basically equal, about 15ml.
2. Put a little more salt than usual, because bracken is not easy to get salt.
