Hot and Sour Cucumber
1.
Wash the cucumber and cut it in the middle with a knife.
2.
Cut into long strips about 10 cm.
3.
Barcode the cut cucumbers into a clean container and sprinkle with a little salt.
4.
Pour in two tablespoons of white vinegar or old vinegar, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
5.
Pour out the marinated water after half an hour.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of pepper oil. If there is no pepper oil, you can use vegetable oil to saute the pepper, remove the pepper and let the oil cool before use.
7.
Dig in two tablespoons of chopped peppers or oily peppers and pour on the cucumber strips.
Tips:
1. Pickling cucumbers properly to remove some of the water will make the cucumbers crisper.
2. When pickling cucumbers, add white vinegar or mature vinegar to pickle together, so that the treated cucumbers are sour and crispy.
