Hot and Sour Cucumber

Knife at 45 degrees, do not cut to the end, if it is the first cut, it is recommended to put a chopstick next to the cucumber, so that every knife will not cut to the end, feel free to cut boldly.

After cutting one side, turn the cucumber 180 degrees and cut the other side. (The thinner the cut, the longer the cucumber will stretch).

Add salt to marinate the cucumber for about five minutes. Pour out the juice from the cucumber and gently squeeze the cucumber's moisture.

Mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, a pinch of salt, and fried chili oil to make a flavored sauce.

Pour the sauce on the cucumber, put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before eating.
