Add fresh vegetables to the egg liquid, then roll it up and eat. Not only is the color beautiful, the taste is tender, and the flavor is richer. If you are tired of boiled eggs and traditional omelettes every morning, try this method.

Multi-egg Roll

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut the red pepper and cucumber into finely divided pieces and set aside

3. Put the eggs in a large bowl, then use a whisk to break up in one direction

4. Put the red pepper, cucumber, and salt into the egg mixture, and stir evenly

5. Turn off the heating of the electric baking pan, and then preheat

6. After preheating, select the fried egg function, then pour one-half of the egg liquid into the electric baking pan, and gently slide it with a wooden spatula to spread it evenly in the electric baking pan

7. When the egg is half-cooked and the surface is slightly condensed, use a wooden spatula to gently roll it from the inside to the outside, as shown in the picture

8. Gently push the rolled egg roll to the side of the electric baking pan, and then pour the remaining egg liquid in the vacant place, as shown in the picture

9. When the remaining egg liquid is half-cooked, continue to roll from the inside to the outside to form an egg roll, then turn the interface part down, continue to heat for 30 seconds, and then take it out and cut into pieces.

Tips:

1. You can add vegetables to the egg liquid as you like. It is recommended to add some beautifully colored, easy-to-cook vegetables;
2. The more chopped the vegetables, the better;
3. When rolling eggs, you can hold a wooden spatula in one hand and chopsticks in the other, and gently roll them to prevent your hands from being burnt.
