Hot and Sour Cured Fish

Chopped capers and chili.

Fish oil for later use.

Cut the oily fish into the length you need.

Add cooking oil to a boil from the pan, add the chopped sauerkraut and stir fry for a while.

Stir-fry the sauerkraut moisture, pour in the cut preserved fish and stir fry. Add light soy sauce, chicken bouillon, and celery, stir-fry and serve.
