If you have no appetite in summer, you might as well mix it with a bowl and try it yourself.

Hot and Sour Jelly

1. After buying the jelly, rinse it with water first, and then cut into pieces or strips with a knife

2. Wash peppers and cut into cubes, peel and chop garlic for later use.

3. Pour one spoonful of vinegar, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of sesame oil and half a spoonful of sugar into a bowl, mix well with chili and minced garlic, then stir in the chopped green onions.

4. After filling the jelly in the bowl, pour in the prepared sauce and stir well.

5. You can start eating after mixing
