Hot and Sour Kelp Shreds

Soak the seaweed with washing, then wash off the mucilage on it and cut into long sections. After the pan is hot, add garlic and saute, then add the chili section and fry it.

Then pour in the shredded kelp, stir fry, add a little water, and boil the water to dry, add seasoning, salt, MSG and finally add some vinegar, and stir-fry evenly.
