Hot and sour kelp shreds is a common dish in my summer. The hot and sour is very appetizing. Kelp has various methods, is cheap and delicious, and contains many nutrients and medicinal ingredients that are beneficial to human health. Eating kelp can lower blood sugar, blood lipids and cholesterol, and can effectively prevent arteriosclerosis, constipation, cancer, senile dementia, and anti-aging. The Japanese also call kelp a "longevity dish." So we can usually eat more kelp!
