Hot and Sour Lotus Root

One lotus root and three peppers.

Cut the lotus root into cubes.
3.
Pour the lotus root into boiling water and blanch it.
4.
After blanching the water, pick it up in cold water and prepare the ingredients.

Add appropriate amount of salt, a few drops of sesame oil, sugar, chili, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar and stir well.
