Some time ago, I went to a friend's house in Chengdu to have fun. My friend took us to eat various delicious special snacks in Chengdu. Because Sichuan is mountainous and rainy and humid, people there often eat chili and Chinese pepper to get rid of moisture. The food there is spicy and numb, it is a pleasure, the spicy chuckling sucks in the cold breath, every cell of the hemp lips is dancing, and I can't help but squeeze it into my mouth. Hot and sour noodles are made of vermicelli and jelly. But in summer, I still like to eat jelly. Today I made a little improvement on the hot and sour noodles I had eaten, because it’s summer. Although autumn has begun, the autumn tiger is still lingering and the heat is unabated. Therefore, I added cucumber shreds and hot and sour noodles. It becomes more refreshing and enjoyable, cool and appetizing.

Hot and Sour Noodles

1. Prepare jelly

2. Place a pot on the fire, add water to a boil, wash the jelly, put it in the pot and simmer for 2 minutes

3. Take the hot jelly out and cool and cut into small pieces

4. Wash the cucumber and cut into filaments for later use

5. Wash the garlic cloves and chop into garlic

6. Put the chopped garlic into a clean bowl and set aside

7. Add light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar

8. Add sesame oil

9. Then add the cucumber shreds and seasoning juice to the jelly, then pour in the spicy oil.

Tips:

The amount of spicy oil can be added according to your ability to eat spicy food.
