Hot and Sour Noodles

Put the water and flour into the bread machine in turn, and start two kneading programs;

After proofing for 20 minutes, rub the dough into palm-wide strips

Cut into even strips

Roll each one with a rolling pin

Pull the rolled strips into dough pieces at a time

After boiling the pot, cook the next slice for 5 minutes

In the meantime, wash the lettuce and coriander and cook with the noodles for about 3 minutes

Cool water after cooking

Then put soy sauce, salt, vinegar and sugar

Bring to a boil with water, better with broth.
