Hot and Sour Noodles

Prepare ingredients: coriander, mustard tuber, potato vermicelli, peeled garlic peanuts.

Boil water in the boiling pot.

Boil the potato vermicelli until it is transparent and expand and transfer it to a bowl.

Prepare the ingredient bowl: red chili oil, light soy sauce, salt, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, stir well.

Heat oil in a pot and fry the fragrant peppercorns.

Remove the scorched peppercorns and pour the refined pepper oil into the bowl.

Add garlic peanuts (there are more peanuts in the shell in our house, and use it to replace the fried red-skinned peanuts with pinlin mustard), and sprinkle in an appropriate amount of mustard.
