Steamed Vermicelli with Enoki Mushroom and Ham

Shredded ham

Boil the potato flour. It’s better to use thin vermicelli here. If you don’t have one at home, use potato flour instead.

Cover with a layer of enoki mushrooms and add a layer of ham

Put a layer of enoki mushrooms on top

Stir the garlic in hot oil, add some salt and sauté evenly
6.
Pour garlic on top of enoki mushrooms
7.
Boil water in a pot, put it on and steam for 20 minutes
8.
You can eat with a little soy sauce when you start the pot
