Stir-fried Potato Vermicelli with Shrimp Balls and Vegetables

1. Ingredients: potato vermicelli, green vegetables (washed and cut), shrimp balls

2. Unpack the potato vermicelli, put it in a fresh-keeping box and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes.

3. Put the shrimp ball on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

4. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the greens and stir fry.

5. Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

6. Stir fry until the greens are cut off.

7. Then, combine the soaked potato noodles and the sliced shrimp balls and stir fry.

8. Finally, add the right amount of salt.
