Stir-fried Potato Vermicelli with Shrimp Balls and Vegetables

Ingredients: potato vermicelli, green vegetables (washed and cut), shrimp balls

Unpack the potato vermicelli, put it in a fresh-keeping box and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Put the shrimp ball on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the greens and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Then, combine the soaked potato noodles and the sliced shrimp balls and stir fry.
