Hot and Sour Noodles

Blanch the spine bones in hot water to rinse off the foam

Add the beef spine to the pressure cooker, add green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, salt, pepper, add boiling water, start the pressure cooker and cook for about 50 minutes

Boil water in a pot, add the vermicelli and cook until soft and overripe

Transfer the cooked vermicelli into a bowl, add a spoonful of chili sauce and a little chopped green onion
5.
The pressure cooker cooking is over and the beef bone soup is ready

Add beef bone soup to the bowl, add appropriate amount of vinegar, and mix well.
Tips:
This bowl of hot and sour noodles is really too gluttonous, hot and sour and enjoyable. In winter, I eat a bowl of beef bone soup that is hot in my heart. The longer the time, the more fragrant the soup will be.
