Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Cut the peppers, garlic and other ingredients, wash and peel the potatoes;

Cut potatoes into shreds, soak in water to wash off the starch;

Drain the water for later use;

Pour shredded potatoes and stir fry;

Tips:
