Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Prepare all the ingredients (cut the potato shreds and drain the water). The chili pepper can be put in moderation.

Pour the oil in a hot pan (70% of the oil temperature)

Add chili

Add minced garlic
5.
Blaze for incense

Pour shredded potatoes

Stir fry for about two minutes on high heat

Pour the white vinegar
9.
Continue to stir fry for half a minute

(If you have a sticky pan, you can add a little water)

Add some salt to taste

Stir-fry and get out of the pot
Tips:
Potatoes must be overwatered...the frying time should not be too long, which will cause the potato shreds to become soft and rotten. Chili can be added or reduced according to your own taste.
