Braised New Potatoes

Wash the potatoes, don’t peel them

Don’t cut the whole potatoes and cook them. I specially bought a smaller one, which is easy to cook.

Press the potatoes, put oil in the pan, add five-spice powder and salt to fry
4.
Add soy sauce and water, sprinkle with chopped green onion, cook for a minute, and it's ready to cook
Tips:
When cooking new potatoes, you can avoid peeling them to avoid loosening up the potatoes.
